Front Door Delivery. (DAP-Incoterms Terms Out of Europe)
- Delivered to the first available area outside of your house or building (front door, porch, landing area, garage, etc.) with a transpallet.
- Includes item collection, packing, shipping and full insurance.
- Does not include unpacking, inspection, assembly nor installation.
- The client is responsible for customs clearance, taxes and duties.
- A crate may be used to provide maximum protection.
- Please make sure the item will fit through any doorways, hallways, stairwells or elevators.
- Signature is required at delivery.
- In the rare case that you need to return an item, we will need notification within twenty four hours of delivery. No goods will be accepted for credit, replacement or repair unless previously agreed in writing. At our discretion a handling charge in respect of returned goods shall be levied at 20% of the invoice value. Return transport costs shall be borne by the customer who must ensure goods are packaged back in a suitable manor.
- No goods shall be accepted for return after a period of fourteen working days after delivery.
- Personalised and/or customised products will not be taken back.
